Want to cancel/edit your order?
Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. So, if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. The sooner the better, because once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.
Having issues with your item(s)?
We want people to feel supported and happy when they come into contact with our brand. That’s why we want to hear from you whenever you’re having issues with your items.
We can offer you a replacement of your item(s), if you’re facing one of these two very unlikely situations:
- Item received is different from the one that you ordered
- Item is damaged
In cases like these, there’s no need to return the item(s). Just send some images/videos to email@example.com showing us the problem and we’ll be able to process your request. We take pride in making this process as easy as possible for you!
Note: Please, make sure to contact us and send us images/videos within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any requests after this period will not be eligible for a replacement.
Would you like to receive your money back?
We’d be very sorry to hear that our items are not meeting your expectations. In such cases, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and show us some images/videos of what the issue is with the item(s) you’ve received.
We would like to understand why you’re not satisfied so that we can improve our items and overall service for next time!

Want to return item(s) to us?
We would like to encourage no returns policy of items. However, if you have any issues with the item(s) you’ve received, please contact us at email@example.com as we address exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

One of our core values is that we take care of the environment whenever we are making any business decisions or actions.
We would like to reduce the amount of returns because we’re aware that encouraging returns has a significant negative impact on the environment: extra materials are used for repackaging; the additional transportation burns more diesel fuel, increasing carbon dioxide emissions; and landfill waste is increasing.
